Now NASA app for iPad!!!

Almost a year after launching a free app for iPhone and the iPod Touch, NASA has developed an application for the latest device of Apple.

iPad developers have welcomed the NASA App HD for iPad; and it will soon be available for free at the App Store.

“Our goal with the first NASA App was to deliver current mission information, images, videos and news updates in the best possible way for the iPhone and iPod Touch,” declared Jerry Colen, the project manager for NASA App. “Now we’ve enhanced and expanded the application to include even more content and really take advantage of the iPad’s larger screen,” Colen added.

The NASA iPad application has been reported to feature some exciting live streaming video from NASA TV, schedules, information about current mission, maps, video from NASA archives which will be available on-demand, featured stories, images and many more.

It should be a great experience for the iPad users to use the NASA app and to taste the top notch astronomical adventures!!!
